Product Rave: Bath & Body Works - Stress Relief 'Eucalyptus Spearmint'

Eeeeeeeeeeeeeerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrmahgad.

I will cut to the chase; whatever you find in this scent, buy it.

I've said numerous times how effective scent is - it is the strongest memory trigger yuh know- but this particular line has reaffirmed my belief in aromatherapy. The site doesn't offer a description of the scent but it does state: "Eucalyptus Essential Oil clears the mind while Spearmint Essential Oil uplifts to help improve concentration".
It all started with the three wick candle...

I am in love. On a bad day, on a good day, light this baby up and breathe deep. Deep. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Then came the travel size body lotion. The funny story here is that I refuse to buy body lotion because I want to use up the ones I have and then just use coconut oil on my skin; but this scent lawwwwwdddd it got my number! When I thought ok, this is all they made to hook me...I saw the PocketBac. Jesus take the wheel

Then, as though I haven't raved about their Sleep - Sugar Scrubs enough, I found the one in this scent.

Sunday Riley Good Genes versus Drunk Elephant T.L.C Framboos Glycolic Night Serum

If you're an avid YouTube watcher you've probably heard about these products. Both brands blew up on the skincare seen in short order as expensive, but effective. If you're like me you quickly began to wonder: which is better? Short answer: it depends.

Long answer...

I've mentioned Good Genes a few times before on the blog. This 'all-in-one lactic acid treatment' is raved about by the likes of Stephanie Nicole and Caroline Hirons.

From the box: "Deeply exfoliates the dull surface of the skin for clarity, radiance, and younger-looking skin. Visibly brightens the appearance of age spots and discolorations. Instantly plumps the look of fine lines and wrinkles in 3 minutes*

*Clinically tested and proven to significantly improve the appearance of lines and wrinkles in 3 minutes. Results obtained via profilometry analysis.

Unlike my Influencers post the persons mentioned below are all local and I know them. If that makes me biased then you should take everything I'm about to say with a grain of salt.

Heidi Bowen of Moden Makeup

Let's get the obvious one out of the way shall we 😉 I've said before how much I've learned watching Heidi conduct her Workshops. Since then she has increased her skillset, restructured her modules and truly focused on knowledge sharing. Every participant departs feeling enlightened; emboldened to try something they once thought was daunting. No one leaves empty handed. This kindda thing speaks to me because I've attended many M.A.C classes and saw the value only in the products I was reimbursed. Not to say, the outing isn't a good time - especially if you go with friends - but some settings leave you more intimidated than excited. #TeamModen affiliations aside, I can see how Heidi has grown as a Beauty Educator. And fuh my one part I know any session booked…
