First Quarter Favourites

Technical difficulties have kept us off of YouTube for a hot minute but we did manage to film a First Quarter Favourites for you recently. As soon as it's out of post production I'll insert it here for you but in the interim here's the roundup. Where I have individual reviews please click the link to see more information.
As seen in Inyouvations, Sheraton (435-4258)
  • M.A.C Satin Blush 'Ripe For Love'. (limited edition, sorry!) It's a 'peachy-pink' with a nice sheen.
  • a love gift Heidi got me on her trip to Austria. It's a potted lip balm with the cutest packaging ever and a handy mirror.
  • Make Up For Ever HD Microfinish Powder. This is a silica powder which I use to set under eye concealer or to mattify shiny lipsticks. You only need a little to get the job done.
Special mention:

Moet & Chandon Nectar Imperial because...

*Clinically tested and proven to significantly improve the appearance of lines and wrinkles in 3 minutes. Results obtained via profilometry analysis.

With Key Ingredients:

Purified Lactic Acid: One of the most hydrating Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHAs), Lactic Acid exfoliates the surface layers of t…

It's A Dupe!

Long time no dupe.

Corny? I know. I try.

Faithful readers would have seen me rave about the Becca Ever-Matte Poreless Priming Perfector, a.k.a Face Cement, numerous times. Well, we have a dupe: The Make Up For Ever (MUFE) Step 1 Skin Equalizer Mattifying Primer. I knew it instantly. So instantly that I've used the MUFE twice and decided that it's ridiculous to keep both since they are the same.

You can read all about the Becca primer in the link above so I'm just going to talk about the MUFE version here.
