Uh Bariffle Ah Empties

This is truly a compilation post. If you want the up-to-de-time deets on empties check out my Instagram.

I've been making an effort to use this collection of candles. Especially the ones with the colourful jars. Do you prefer coloured jars or coloured wax? Both these scents were nice; I'd definitely repurchase.

I get such satisfaction from going through skincare samples.

The most notable things from this batch are:
  • Becca primer - I was impressed with the finish and textured but I wouldn't purchase a full size
  • Tata Harper cleanser - burned my eyes something serious
  • Kate Somerville exfoliator - grossly overpriced
  • Clarins eye cream - actually very good but I also think that eye creams are overpriced.
And we all know that I'm a fan of most REN Clean Skincare products.

Aromatherapy really works for me; that's why I'm drawn in by fruit scented shower gels. These Zest ones were nice and inexpensive ($10). The Neutrogena Body Clear line is something I go back to eva suh often. I made the mistake and picked up the Pink Grapefruit scent...next time I will remember to stick with the original. Regarding body exfoliators I wouldn't tell you to bother with either of the options below. The ones from Tree Hut or Eden's Choice Naturals are better bang for your buck and the also maintain their consistency til the end.

Ahhhhh perfume samples...the one thing I'm guaranteed to get with every Sephora order. For the first time in a long time I enjoyed every one of these fragrances. So much so that I'm already begging for a full size Jimmy Choo Flash and Dolce & Gabbana Dolce for Christmas. *hint hint*

Long answer...

I've mentioned Good Genes a few times before on the blog. This 'all-in-one lactic acid treatment' is raved about by the likes of Stephanie Nicole and Caroline Hirons.
