Samples Made Me Buy It

Fourth time around ๐Ÿ˜€ This toss I gotta big up travel sizes as well. Yuh ain't gine get to try a product for free in every situation but at least yuh could see if it suit yuh before shelling out the big bucks. Also, they're good for...wait for it...travelling with ๐Ÿ˜†Check out my 2017 favourites here.

May Coop Raw Sauce Hydrating + Nourishing Essence
Of all the essences in my current rotation this one has the "thickest" texture. That's a lil deceptive cause it's not thick...it's just that the others are clearly more fluid. If you are struggling with dehydrated skin try adding an essence to your routine.

Shiseido Perfect Cleansing Oil

Love that pump action! Cleansing oils and balms are great for a "first cleanse". I'm sure you can find one cheaper than $33USD for 6 oz but I was impressed with how well this removes very pigmented mascara and eyelash glue. Thanks again to Sharalee for passing on that travel size ๐Ÿ˜˜

Uh Bariffle Ah Empties

It's not only candles getting used up around here ๐Ÿ˜›

I used to do #TrashThursday on IG but maybe that's not the right medium. Here I'll be able to link to previous reviews and you can tell me if you want to know more about a product.

The only thing new to me was the Murad Essential-C Cleanser. I'm going to buy another of these because I'm not sure what I think of it. The Clarimatte one is a standard repurchase.

My body lotion stash is ridiculous thanks to Eden's Choice. Occasionally I do still pick up a mini for my purse. I'm a huge fan of their formula of course; but I must admit that Hempz ones are amazing as well. The Tree Hut 'Coconut Lime' scent did not agree with me at all.

Ok this is months of hand soap empties here. Just like with the candles, 'Peach Bellini', 'Twisted Peppermint', 'Black Cherry Merlot', 'Warm Vanilla Sugar', 'French Lavender' and 'Eucalyptu…

Korres Greek Yoghurt Foaming Cream Cleanser

From April 2017 I told y'all I was impressed with this so you know this post is a product rave. Yet another Stephanie Nicole recommendation that agreed with me. From Sephora.com: "What it is: An indulgent cream-to-foam, soap-free cleanser that’s formulated with real skin-nourishing Greek yogurt. If you want to know more… This luxurious cleanser made with Greek yogurt is rich in proteins, minerals, and vitamins to gently cleanse while nourishing—leaving skin soft and supple, and reducing redness. The formula also easily removes makeup and impurities without irritation. The cleanser includes amaranth seed extract to soothe, as well as calming honeysuckle to provide antibacterial benefits."

Hair Product Declutter

There's nothing like some reorganisation to get the declutter juices flowing.

I got some shelves made by Ten Twenty Six Furnishings to alleviate a storage problem in my bathroom. While putting my most used products in my line of vision I stumbled across a few I don't use.

some random foaming mousse - never used itAveda Be Curly Curl Controller - on my dry curl it would make my hair clammy. It didn't play well with other products either SoftSheen Carson Tangle Defense Leave-In Conditioner - this is an ok product. I just prefer my leave-in spray from Carol's DaughterMacadamia Professional Whipped Detailing Cream - same issues as with the Aveda product. Maybe I should have used these in conjunction with a diffuser ๐Ÿ˜”Gorilla Snot Gel - apparently I should have gotten the one in the yellow packagingShea Moisture Thickening Moisture Mist - it says right there on the bottle that this is for fine, thin hair. I have neither of those. I'm not sure why I bought this expensive …
