The good Doc, Keisha - check out her beauty blog here - said, and I quote: "they're great if you want expensive pee!" 😂 We're talking supplements.

Multivitamins -

I've tried quite a few, as you're about to see.

Salmon Oil capsules -
Perricone MD Omega 3 Dietary Supplements -
Turmeric capsules -

Of course I'm no Doctor and you should definitely consult one before taking any sorta ting at all.

Cranberry capsules -

My Personal Trainer also doesn't believe that supplements are necessary if you consume a healthy diet. Well, I know I don't do that so that's why I've been willing to try things.

Coconut and Hemp Seed Oil capsules -
If wunna see dese Heep Seed Oil capsules in any Massy shout me
Glucosamine capsules -

I've even heard Stephanie Nicole say she doesn't use a multi-vitamin, just the Perricone MD Omega 3. The person I know that takes the most supplements is my best friend, who is also a personal trainer, Corey. He's the person I've seen talk the most about gut health and joint care.

Olly Balanced Belly Dietary Supplement -

I won't recommend anything to you, rather I'd suggest: doing your research, considering your lifestyle and consulting your physician.

Solaray Vitamin C with Echinacea vegetarian capsules -

I believe in these though; as yuh feel something coming on, get on it. It's also very important to read and follow the directions.

Black Seed Capsule Herbal Dietary Supplement -

If you know you don't eat a proper diet maybe you need some help 💁 Fuh my one part, I'm willing to stick with the Omega 3 (from salmon oil), something to encourage healthy bacteria in my belly and seyin fuh dese joints. If you're an avid YouTube watcher you've probably heard about these products. Both brands blew up on the skincare seen in short order as expensive, but effective. If you're like me you quickly began to wonder: which is better? Short answer: it depends.

Long answer...

I've mentioned Good Genes a few times before on the blog. This 'all-in-one lactic acid treatment' is raved about by the likes of Stephanie Nicole and Caroline Hirons.

From the box: "Deeply exfoliates the dull surface of the skin for clarity, radiance, and younger-looking skin. Visibly brightens the appearance of age spots and discolorations. Instantly plumps the look of fine lines and wrinkles in 3 minutes*

*Clinically tested and proven to significantly improve the appearance of lines and wrinkles in 3 minutes. Results obtained via profilometry analysis.

Lip Liner Declutter

I have a problem. Well clearly I have two problems: I obviously feel like I have to try every lip liner on the market and I take too long to actually try them. Evidenced by taking stock of the above captioned category and discovering that I had 57 lip liners in my stash; 16 of which were still in their plastic wrapping. Shameful.

What's more shameful is that after hours of swatching and comparing and swatching again I could only find 13 that I was willing to part with. Sigh. Plum and nude/brown lip liners like dem is my kryptonite.
