Summer Standouts

It feels strange to talk about beauty products with all that's going on in the Caribbean. Our neighbours are going through some seriously trying times and I implore you to give whatever you can. 🙏 I didn't even realise that this was a running theme . Last year's was especially good since it featured some of my favourite combinations. Like last year, makeup seems to have taken a backseat this Summer. There's only one item here that surprised me...but let me not get ahead of myself. Y'all know exfoliators are a must in my skin and body care routine so the Bath & Body Works 'Lavender & Sandalwood' Clay Body Scrub and Coco Shea 'Coconut' Richly Nourishing Body Buff ( thanks to the Mistress! ) should come as no real shocker. Both smell amazing; again no shocker since regular readers know I'm a firm aromatherapy believer. Visit In you vations in Sheraton for all your Bath & Body Works products.  Continuing on the Bath & Bo

We don't know if that's ever going to be possible since it's currently only available: on and in their stores (in certain countries), on and in their stores, and from . The brand's website does offer i

Small(er) Beauty YouTubers You Should Check Out

Seems like I haven't talked about YouTubers in a while . Two years ago I started watching the bigger channels less  and as time went on - and drama unfolded 😁 - I watch even less. These people have their following and my lil views ain't gonna hurt their pocket any. But I gotta protect my sanity bousie so my filter up. P.S. by small(er) I mean under 100,000 subscribers. Google image Here are some channels that I think are worth a look: Alice S (Alice strikes me as my kinda weirdo) Allura Beauty (I'm actually surprised she isn't over 100K. Her blog posts and videos are so comprehensive) AlwaysCosmeticJunkie (this woman went through a lot personally but never neglected her channel) Amber's Beauty Chair (the person who actually started anti-hauls) By Alyssa (a stunner...she does great tutorials) Chelsea Garay (her chatty videos are a great time) Clare Gray (great nail polish comparisons) Crystalis007 (a hauler baller that's really been into skincar
